Thread spin off about possible change to Rotella Diesel Oil

I just got an oil analysis done on my 05, nothing but Rotella T dino since 600 miles, other than one change with synthetic Rotella. I switched back to the Dino Rotella from the synthetic as that was the only time I had to add a little make up oil in a 3000 mile change interval, and I didn't notice any better shifting with the syth.

All my wear numbers were very good, the only flag I had was for higher than normal fuel in the oil, and I attribute that to either a insufficient warm up before the change, or too much sitting while I rode my other bikes. I'll be getting a follow up on the current oil just to be sure.

I'm sticking with Rotella.

I use Mobil 1 for duck. It seems to make the fat crackle a little more..but I am still having nightmares about all the quacking going on while dipping them in.
