Take a close look at this picture of the throttle on my FJR. Here's your question:

This unique device is designed to:

A. reduce complaints by irate FJR owners about poor mileage on their rear tires

B. prevent newbies from becoming deadbies

C. allow other sport cruiser owners to keep up with the FJR

D. be used when allowing potential buyers to "take her for a ride."

Um.... yup, at least turn the clamp over so there is less problem in case of accidental slippage.
