hrm, i am planning another ride out to the PNW next year...I was planning another June/July run, but Sept might work if the snow stays off the roads.
how many days would this trip cover? I only have a week and the SO might be game for this....pencil me in ...passport needs a workout :)
It'll likely be 3-4 days, but there can much seen and enjoyed in less if needed...

Your SO might enjoy a romantic overnight in Tofino and a walk on Long Beach. The road there and back is a helluvalottafun :D
So what do you say, Old Michael? Overnight in Tofino and a walk on Long Beach? ShinyPartsUp and SkooterG can join us!!!
OK, this is when I think I'll catch the boat for Prince Rupert, I mean after all no mention of drinking on the beach or anything.!! ;)
Kevin, my sincerest apologies: I meant to say, would you and Niehart like to join Old Michael and I walking on Long Beach?!

Babs, Babs, Babs...
eHarmony..?? Seriously?? And what exactly are you looking for, a gayed-up metrosexual in touch with his feminine side that thinks a bowl of popcorn, a mug of hot cocoa and "27 Dresses" on DVD is the ideal Friday night??
Sounds like you have way to much 'personal' experience with this. :p

Although, I will admit to a short and disasterous stint on Plenty of Fish(Sh#t). That was enough of an exposure to the whole meat market internet dating thing to keep me away from those sites, ad infinitum.
Hmmm... it's interesting that so many people have bad experiences with internet dating yet the market for these sites doesn't dwindle. I've used them and was able to filter out most of the bad prospects quickly. Met many nice ladies and dated a couple. I think the female experience is likely much worse because we men, in general, are pigs. Guess there are a lot of factors including expectations, location, etc... that can effect how well it works for any given person. It seems to have worked out well for Bridget... she found me on POF! :D

Now what was this thread about again???

Thankfully, no. My only experience in this regard is through friends that never seem to learn from their mistakes...
