video question

I sent back my other camera with the funky lens water effect and got a new one.

The new one has 3 settings (digital camcorder)

640 x 480 resolution at 11 frames per second

320 x 240 res at 30 FPS

160 x 120 res at 30 FPS

which will give better results, better resolution or more FPS? I am thinking more FPS for a fast moving video.

Film in the highest res, then use the software to make it 'internet friendly'. Only problem with that is you'll use more tape, but I like to toss 'em on DVD and watch 'em on the big screen when I hafta put the bike up for the winter. Oh, wait, we don't have winter here. Nevermind.
