NF-25 and 99 still closed. With all the rain we had today a lot of snow should have melted. Look for an opening sometime in the next two weeks. Maybe we will have a last minute CALL.

Confirmed. I would have been there on Friday too, but had a Golf tourney to attend, as well as on Saturday and Sunday I was just to mixed up with Church and stuff, then there was today, but I had two yards to mow. Tomorrow you ask? If I don't get my wife's bike running, I will never be able to ride again.

I am busy Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. I can meet up Sunday about 3PM. You in?

Sorry to hear of the re-fracture. From past experiences my refracture hurt more. Hope it heals good.

Just a reminder: September 24th is only a week and a half away and the weather is looking good. It won't be long and the snow will be flying and Windy Ridge will have to wait until next year. I will be on a 4 day ride, with the last day riding to Windy Ridge, so I won't be paying attention to this list. Just wrap up a sandwich and pack a drink then make it to the mountain by lunchtime. There will be people there to greet you, so have fun riding the roads and wearing down the sides of the tires that have may too big a flat spot on them.

For those in the who live in Seattle Tacoma area (aka Sea-Tacopolis) lets meet in Fox Hollow Coffee shop at 7:30 in Orting. The address is 211 Washington Ave N # 1, Orting, WA. The plan is to leave at 8:00am for the ride to Windy Ridge. Will stop in Morton for gas.

My return route will be over Cayuse Pass.

If the weather is crummy such as raining or low freezing level etc I am out. I will put a post here on Friday as to my plans to ride or not.

Check out the forcast and it looks like a great day for a ride to Windy Ridge. I think this is a first. I will be riding from Kettle Falls on Friday to Packwood. I will be spending the night at the Packwood Inn Friday night and riding up into Mt. Rainier Nat. Pk in the morning on my way to Windy Ridge. Hope to see lots of you there.

Blufjr FYI Stevens Canyon road in Mt Rainer NP is closed near the Hwy 123 entrance.
