I want to thank Mr Ashe for tuning my suspension...in the parking lot....as the photographer was getting ready to take the picture. He asked a few simple questions, I answered, and he proceded to pull out the wrenches and make the adjustments. Not a bit of hesitation. Thanks you again kind sir!

I'm glad that everyone had a good time in Lewisburg. Before long, it will be time to start discussions on EOM 09. Maybe Lewisburg for 3rd times the charm?

Nice meeting and riding with you Jaxon. Don't work too hard, enjoy life.

(SOB tried to leave his prize upstairs)

I like the stay up late and drink, get up late, and ride hard group.

I was behind the first, and second wreck. Does that mean I'm cursed?

EOM was a great time. Arrival Friday the 19th was my Wife's an my 5th Wedding Anniversary. We agreed it was, by far, the best one yet. :clapping:

I haven't seen a posting yet on the food at the banquet. It was outstanding. One look at me and you will agree I'm an expert on food. Thanks to everyone who made it happen.

Okay, back after a nights sleep.

I just wanted to give a little synopsis and shout out huge thank you's to everybody I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and riding with.

First off, the organizers of the event, we all know who you are, so I won't thank you all individually, but, from the heart, a huge HUGE thank you! I can only imagine the amount of work and organization it takes to pull off an event like this. JWilly was *hilarious* on Friday night handling the registration, though I'm guessing he wasn't 100% on Saturday morning.

Brody and Theresa who opened their home to me on the trip down, and back. You will not find a more sincere, honest and welcoming couple. I can't thank both of you enough. I especially enjoyed the dip on the Spa after the ride back on the return trip. What a way to get the kinks out after 5 days of riding! Brody, you have way to many toys though! LOL!

FJRRob, Smoke and Mark whom I rode with on Sat., and the later on bumped into Scott and Donna. Good peeps all! But for godsakes guys, you need to stop occasionally so we can at least get some pics! I came home with exactly 33 pictures, most of which were taken in the parking lot of all the bikes lined up! I do have nearly two hours of video though. I need to find time now to get through it all make something out of them.

Marty and his wife whom I rode back to PA with Brody, sorry about the spill in Accident MD. I know your knee was really banged up, but you sucked it up and got back on the bike and road home. The bike can be fixed, you get that knee sorted out.

I'd also like to thank the academy.. no wait.. thats the other speech...

Everybody I met from the forum who always extended a warm welcome. You guys really know how to make a traveller a long way from home feel like their amongst friends. In fact, everybody I met the entire trip was awesome.

Although now that I'm home, West Viginia, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New York has spoiled me for riding up here. All roads are mundane now compared to the roads to the south. Its pretty amazing when you find yourself laughing out loud in your helmet because your having such an awesome ride! I guess I'm going to have to return next year to get my fix in.

Total mileage for my trip was just over 3750 km = 2330 miles.

But, it was your destiny to save and protect your bequest to hand it on to another deserving soul at the next EOM

Saturday morning? Hell i'm still feeling the effects of EOM!

Seriously the weekend was a blast!! Heidi cooked up a great meal! Jeff cooked up one heck of a day of riding on Friday! Splkbuk cooked up a heck of a batch of strawberries! Ngarider, well that boy ain't right!! I'm still sore from all the laughs we had together!!

It was great to see so many new people at EOM this year. We should probably do a role call and determine how many people we lost from the forum over the weekend?

Duane w/Premier Cycle Accessories did an Awesome job with the T-Shirts!! And lastly, the post banquet show! We will never be able to top that one!

JW

Luvtoride I was donating some good Canadian beer out back Friday and Saturday night while doing some bench racing. Next year I'll double my load so we have a little more to go round.

Yeah, the strippers were pretty nice. Next year, could we get women to do that part? I mean, I like Axeman and all, but he was looking a little nasty in the G-string. ...Maybe if he waxed... Nah, we need womens.

Remember: Fencer asked me if I would rather have small Hooters ;) Maybe he should provide next years "entertainment?" wait.....I don't know if the Briar will allow a petting zoo....

Hey! It's bad enough that I missed out on the riding, the socializing, the swag, and all the other good fun, but now someone has to post a picture of the dinner! Just wait 'til next year........
