What a wonderful report to read and see! :clapping: You truly are lucky to be able to share this kind of experience with your dad. My daughter just started riding but I look forward to the day when she's ready for a long road trip (we did ride 2-up in Europe last summer) and see the world from 2-wheels! I'm heading for Wyoming this summer so I'll be taking note of some of the places you went! B)

While all the pics are wonderful, this was my personal favorite... :)

This looks like the kind of trip that people talk about doing some day. Congratulations on being one of the few that actually went out and DID it.

Looking forward to the next installment.

Jill

Looks like you two had a ride you will never forget. Keep those memories close and make new ones every chance you get. I lost my dad in '96 and he is sorely missed to this day. Thanks for sharing the trip and posting all these awesome pics.

Tyler,

Of all the places we went, Wyoming and Montana were my favorite. You just have a different feeling when you are there...it felt like wild America. It seemed like every road we drove on had a stream or river running next to it.

All,

I just found out yesterday for sure, there will be a part two to this trip. Since I broke down in Kanab...I was unable to do Utah, Colorado and Northern New Mexico. My father's friend happens to be coming down from Washington to ride that area, so I am headed to Kanab on Tuesday to meet them. :yahoo:

Regards,

Davy

Atxrider,
Thanks for this thread. Great pics too!

Hey WW,

Were you in Yellowstone in September? I thought I remembered reading something about you being there. I saw a cherry FJR and Grey concours while we were in the area.

Regards,

Davy
