OK, being a newbie to the sportbike aspect of things... I read my catalogs, flyers. magazines, etc. They show some pretty fancy assemblies called 'rearsets'. What are they/it for?

Technically, we don't call them tassles or rearsets...........
we call them assles.

Simply think of rearsets as the complete foot control housing (bracket, footpeg, brake/shift lever).
