I live at 8400ft elevation, have a stock windscreen and usually get 50-53mpg. I usually do 10 - 15 mph over the speed limit.

I just put in 6 gallons even and went 302 miles on one tank. I drive 27 miles to work and I can go round trip on reserve. :yahoo:

Don't you just love the hi altitude, milage gain!

I think somebody better shut this pos down before odot crawls his skinny *** outa that crack. Otherwise it's gonna get ugly. Fast!!!

:jester:

I have seen 29MPG riding 2-up with full gear in the triple digits. I usually get around 38MPG with my big *** and gear. My problem is my right hand gets me into trouble.

If I drive really gentle at highway speed I can get 210 miles before it goes on reserve which seems low compared to some other figures in this thread unless some are going really deep into their reserve.

07' A...stock mapping.

Mostly one-up...190lb rider...no bags...little to no cargo.

190+ mi. hits the blinking reserve. I usually fill up between 200-210 mi and barely get 5 gal in.

I went 3000 mi + w/o resetting the trip computer...(just did it yesterday)...it read an AVE fuel mileage of 44.0.

During that time I've rode a 60/40 mix of rural/city mileage. A fair number of run ups to triple digits included.

I have a Cee Bailey +4 +3 windscreen. When I look at instantaneous fuel mileage it really makes a big difference

if I have the screen up or down.
