He's got the clutch pulled in all the way, the extra on the right is the rear brake, so he can wheelie with his feet up over the bars, or sitting backwards on the tank, or headstanding, or whatever.

The extra lever on the photo's right, not the bike's right. Rear brakes are helpful when wheelying, so stuntaz devise hand controls. Follow?

The guy who owned the shop that did the Avon Storm group buy had a rashed Icon jacket hanging by the door, from a squid he knew that tried a no-footed wheelie. He looped it at about 75, 'cause he didn't have a way to add a little rear brake when he so desperately needed some.
