Jacket pocket for me. I hate 'em too; but they do have some good uses.

Also a good idea is to put an ICE listing on your phone. Emergency responders now routinely check the ICE (In case of emergency) listing on a cell phone of somebody unconcious.

I work with a guy who rides a GW with every farkle you can get. He has a cradle for his mobile phone, which interfaces with the audio system and over-rides the CD, FM, CB, GPS directions and the passenger intercomm so he can take a call. He loves to tell the story about riding through Yellowstone and taking a call from the SO, only to put her on hold so he can get past a Bison. He also admits to never exceeding the speed limit, or the suggestion signs on curves. IMHO he is more dangerous than some cagers with all that communicating and auditory input...HTF does he pay attention to the road ahead?

I ride with my cell phone on vibrate and on my belt so that when I do go down, it will puncture my self abused liver so I can get another liver to start abusing :D
