Does this Scam still work?
My dad is in his 70's and unable to ride anymore. My mom would love to get a trike for him, but they are out of their price range. It took a lot of convincing to stop her from bidding on one of those $4000 buy it now Goldwing trikes on Ebay. For awhile I was amusing myself by blowing those adds in, but it got old.

One more thing.

Isn't it amazing that it is listed (in most cases) near your hometown. Anyway those tend to be the ones you respond to. Then the bike is cross country all off the sudden at the shipping depot.

Fk this for a while, I'm gonna go play with some man horns and see if I found another alternative for the feej. With my luck a dog whistle will be louder.

Yeah, that is amazing. But, how lucky am I? My college roommate, AMAZINGLY, is a motorcop in Troop D in the Florida Highway Patrol. Lessee, how close is Troop D to Orlando? **** me, it *IS* Orlando. I'm a lucky *******. Wait, my luck gets better. He owes me a few favors, and he's more than willing to stop by to see the bike at the shipping company. Uh oh, a bad turn of luck. Even using the resources of the whole PD, he's having trouble finding any records at all for the shipping company in Orlando. I told him not to worry, they're 100% risky free and they've been in business for 17 years. I made sure that Janet understood how I just CAN'T WAIT to go for my first ride. Man, this money is burning a hole in my pocket.

I sure hope I don't set my eyes on a better deal before I can send my money to the shipping company.

Hey,

Ask him to show good faith and send you $20 to your paypal acct. Then when the bike ships and you see a tracking # you'll refund his money along with payment :p :D

KABOOOOOM! And we're done! That shipping company, after 3 days, or 17 years, is toast!

Under recent legislation, fraudulent info in a domain registration is grounds for immediate revocation of the registration. Looks like e-cargo-ltd.com no longer resolves. Yippppeeeee!

I think I should ask Janet about this. This is horrible. *NOW* how am I going to get my bike?

Can you spell S---C---A---M

From my limited experience when a seller (scammer) talks about the bike (car, etc.) being handled by a shipping company (who has all the papaerwork, blah, blah, blah) it's a scam. You said it in your title 'it looks to good to be true' - when it does, it ususally is.

Funny, you'd think it should be obvious to Cycletrader the whole ad is a scam by now.

If they don't pull it, a reasonable person would think they are accessories or co- conspirators to a fraud, in my opinion.

I'd be worried that somebody would unleash his land shark and sue them.

B)

I got two emails from cycle trader saying thank you for helping to spot the fraud.

But my links still work!?!

I only got one email saying thank you. I can't believe they haven't yanked the ad. When it's this blatantly a scam, it's hard to see how Cycle Trader comes anywhere near the standard of due diligence.

Welp, it looks like Janet is back with a new shipping company. This one will be harder to kick off the Internet because Janet learned something from the last time. I'd really like to introduce Janet to some law enforcement. That *****.

I'll be sure to report back when this website is kicked off the net, too.
