whine

Advancing years (60) coupled with a lifetime of too much loud noise (music, firearms, lawnmowers, chainsaws and motorcycles)... What whine? I simply don't hear anything in the frequency range you might call a whine.

I currently wear earplugs for all these pursuits but I'm afraid that the damage is done.

<sarcasm>If only there were a technology to conveniently review all the times somebody talked about "whine" on the forum...one would think the scholarly could solve this enigma. If only we could understand the inscrutable reason it was moved to NEPRT. Humanity suffers in the meantime and wonders if Google could possibly help.</sarcasm>

I'm with Bustanut on this one. I'm gonna have to teach some non-optional search classes one of these days for a few folks.

Maybe us older folks too as I always forget!
