Windshield Instalation

I got my windshield in today. Is there any secrets to changing the shield? Is it best to leave the bracket connected to the adjustment arms, or remove it completely from the bike and then remove the "w" from the shield? Suggestions needed! Thanks in advance. John

Just take the old one off and put the new one on. Be careful not to over tighten the plastic screws. :cownoy:

Thanks. I was concerned about the nuts on the back side of the shield and how to hold them in place. Now that I have changed the shield out (looks great by the way! ) I feel pretty stupid for having asked. :huh: Thanks for the reply! John

Be careful not to over tighten the plastic screws. :cownoy:

Yea, I did that... In the summer we can have a thread about how to get the stripped screws out when you want to put the smaller stock windshield on for the hot weather..
