Windshield trim u joint nut source

My Gen 2 windshield trim has been flapping a little at speed. Turns out that it was missing one of the underside u-nuts and M5 screw. Anyone have a source for the nut? I'm at Ace hardware, and they can't match it.

Simple. Order spares of this part and other parts you might need in the future too. This reduces the marginal cost.

Have you tried your local Yamaha dealer? Last I checked they don't charge for shipping.

I'm sure it will be way less than $10 for the part.

Did you happen to try a Home Depot or Lowes? They might have them.

I've good luck at the local Ace, Truevalue or similar hardware stores as well.
