Considering the bikes they show being towed on their webpage, I think it's a great idea.

We tried using something like this 35 YEARS ago to tow our dirt bikes and the bouncing comments are WAY understated.

Because the center of the lane is where frost heaves are worst (dirt roads were even more fun), the back wheel of the bike would regularly bounce off the ground! It looked like a kangaroo was chasing us.
