The part is officially called the windshield link 1. Its the top connection to the windshield bracket on the clutch side.
The one I am looking for was only used on the 2004 and 2005 models. My windshield can move, but when raised at any speed over 30mph, it flops around like crazy.
The part number is 5VS-2833C-00-00
The part I need is #8 in the pic below
