Whoooooooooooo Hooooooooooooooo!!!!!! :chickawow:

Guess what was delivered to my house this morning??????

My new 2007A, out of the box, black cherry FJR, with only 10 miles on it, was delivered to me via a trailer this morning!!!!!!! :bike: :yahoo:

I'm very excited.....have waited sooooooooooooooo looooooooooooong for this.....uh, like 3 years!!!!! :shibby:

Please don't ban me for this post......just overwhelmed!!!!!! hahahahahahahaha This is my first new vehicle, bike or automobile!! :eek:k: The dealer had mine in the crate when I ordered.... so very few people have sat on it.

I got the last 2007A the dealer had. The sales guy said the next ones in line are the 2008... no more 2007. Even though he wouldn't move much from the price, the sales guy had the dealer install the Yamaha heated grips for a low price.....sweeeeeeeeeeeet!!!! :specool:

And my first farkle order, yesterday, was the Motovation Sliders!!! 2nd was the Cee Bailey headlight guards.

The next farkles of priority (starting tonight, of course!!) to order are the Falcon 2000 cover (geze too expensive for me), Tank Slapper total protection kit, Fende Extenda, :punk: , 3M reflective tape for the bags, bar ends, small blind-spot mirrors, Grip puppies, windshield, Magnum Blaster horn, helmet locks, rear bag/case, foot pegs, cruise control, hand guards, alternator cover, Russell seat, Power Commander..... hey, did I tell you my NEW FJR IS IN MY FREAKIN' GARAGE??????

WHOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO :yahoo:

My FJR...... You had me at hello! :wubsmiley:

WooHoo Doood! Now take a deep breath, go out the garage, look again...

Yep, she's still there...

I hate to be the bearer of bad news to you about your new bike. If you look at the fine print it say, " If this bike is purchased in the fall in CO. you must send it to Calif. to be riddiin and broke in properly. So I will be expecting it in a couple of days to be delivered to my house in Ca. This way it will be ready for you in the spring all broke in.....

congradulations on you new bike and your first new one... :clapping: :)

So, um, you're thinkin' it's alright, then?

Kinda vague, not sure what you meant. . . . .

Get some good rides in before the guys in white coats show up.

(I'll be one of them, just so I can get my hands on your bike! I like the cherry red! Maybe not as much as Classic Liquid Silver, but I like.)

Congrats, and wishing much further enjoyment for you.

Awesome Eagle! You's in for some real fun now. But one thing you have to do right now, CALM DOWN WILL YA YOU'RE REALLY TICKING YOUR NEIGHBORS OFF WITH ALL THAT YELLING AND JUMPING AROUND. Enjoy my friend...PM. <>< :yahoo:

Congrats, but can I ask a question? Why do all '07 owners except JeffAshe, always include the color of the bike in their descriptions? Dood, like we know it's reddish. No need to inform us of which color you chose. ;)

Crmh,

Thanks for making my day....I am excited for you and know you have been waiting a long time. May you have some good weather so you can enjoy this incredible machine. My garage will never be the same.

Congrats!

Methinks he doth protest too much. .....or something.
Speaking for myself us 2007 owners have a wee bit of a complex because our color was only offered in one year whereas Yamaha had lots of blue and silver paint and had to overlap a few years to get rid of it all on bikes with and without the little left lever

Outside of the AE version, color has never been duplicated on US models from year to year.

Wait, are we gonna argue about colors in the new guy's thread? WE ROCK!

Speaking for myself us 2007 owners have a wee bit of an inferiority complex because our color was only offered in one year! :cray: Yamaha had lots of blue and silver paint, yet they couldn't think to allow us into the fraternity. :sorry: NOOOooooo, they had to make us the "odd" color. :sadsmiley02: :dribble:
There, I fixed it for you. :clapping:

Eagle, my bro, here is how to tell you have "it" really bad. When you go to the house-garage door just to open it and look at your new FJR....then smile. Lessee, its been since 2003 when my '04 came home....and I still look out the door and grin...my heart elated that I have an FJR.

Welcome to the club; Resistance was futile, you have been assimilated! :yahoo:
