After much deliberation and long soul searching, I've decided that I'm in

Not really - just wanted to sort out my September schedule and make sure I keep everyone at home happy

In any case I'm not sure if this is going to make the assembling congregation

Is the Chicken cage-free, or chicken coop ****?

I think we might go to Bodie on Friday as it is well worth the ride in to explore a real ghost town (I have been there 2 times already). The tour of the stamp mill and ore processing is amazing.

However I may ride down in a week or two on the Tenere and check out the Crowley Lake Columns. Thanks for the tip Tyler, never heard of them before.

Read some reports lately the water level was too high and folks could not reach the columns on foot, it was a boat or kayak trip only. Do some research before you commit to going there, I thought about going till I read the reports.

Spaces will be held until Friday, August 23rd, and then released to the general public. Again, you need to call the Settlement directly as everything is in my name and you'll need to have your reservation transferred to your name. If there are any issues, you can call the owner (Jimmy) directly on his cell phone at 661-619-6769.

Also a reminder about the group dinner on Saturday night which I posted info about previously. Have only had a few people respond to that.
