For those of you who know Carl (n2osx) this os his wife Jonnie. Carl got in an accident on the way to work this morning. A car pulled out in front of him and he couldn't stop in time. He hit the car and was thrown over the top to fly about 45 feet. He is up at the hospital in trauma unit. He has a dislocated femur and a pelvic fracture. He also has a fracture in his lower spine but we haven't gotten much information about that yet. He can move everything but is in a lot of pain. I know his friends on the forum mean alot to him and wanted to let you know how he is doing. I haven't seen the bike yet. But it didn't sound so good. I'll let you all know as things progress and new information as it comes in.

I dont know Carl, but I do know Mr. Crash.

Please keep us informed of his status and we certainly hope for him a full recovery and the very best!

Scott from Texas

Best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery.

And thanks for letting us know. Was the driver of the car that pulled out in front of him cited?

I'm so sorry! Every rider's nightmare scenario. I hope he gets some good drugs and heals quickly. Prayers sent Jonnie. Let the insurance companies worry about the bike. I never met Carl, but tell him to take the meds, do what the doctors say and heal up.

Very sorry to hear this, prayers for a quick recovery. A motorcyclist was killed this past Friday not a quarter mile from my house when he hit a forest rat. Way too much of this **** happening.
