Love my AE, haven't riden in a long time so it was VERY easy to get used to. Already have 2200 miles on it!

These additives have been around for a long time. They work some of the time but when you glide accross some rough surfaces it throws the beads or liquid in an upward motion and causes a short out of balance situation that could be a problem. Just my 2 cents worth... MJ

Please replace it. If it was a car tire you could dismount it and tell if you ran it flat to long by the wrinkles on the liner but since you only have two tires and they are holding your life in there hands just replace it. Even if you have a puncture sealant. Morry

Let me add two cents ...well maybe one. The guy with the nail, what if the cord had been damaged by the nail and the sealant hid this from the rider and the integrity of the casing was suspect. What if the nail was long enough to go through the tread and then while cornering the tip of the nail...

I respect your passion, and I will agree to disagree as there are many more reasons to support my conclusion but as with some so passionate about a product no amount of reasons will change the mind. Ride safe and hopefully this post will spark questions in others before they drop there AAA...

As I thought, I hit a few nerves... Puncture sealants ARE temporary fixes (as one of you said) The major problem with adding them to the air chamber is once you do who's responsible? If the puncture sealant fails and you crash will the puncture sealant manufacture take care of the medical bills...

Everybody !! I have been in the tire additive business for 19 years now and 12 years before that in the tire business. Don't use these puncture sealants as any type of permenent repair. Besides you only have two tires treat them as the manufacture wants you too. If anybody has specfic questions...

I ordered one and my AE just showed up at the bike shop so they haven't started putting on all my assessories. I bought it because I have short arms and upper torso. I wanted to have real flexability also if I ever sold it. Don't know if that was a good reason but did it anyway.

Did the sliders just forgot to list them ....Duh
