I haven't read this whole thread but I have the coolant changed at a valve check. Works for me. Oh as for a time frame about once every other year. By the way, all the other fluids are changed as well at the same time.

Or even FODS in West Virginia Ross is right exhaust runs under the bike with no frame to lift from.

I also run a gravity set up. Actually like yours and Scott's. After looking at you bike last fall I still couldn't figure out why your tank doesn't work like Scott's and mine. I can by gravity totally drain my aux empty and still have a little gas in my main.
