They are separate pieces of LEDs that I mounted on the license plate. I don't remember who made these and I couldn't find any manufacturer name on it. I bought them back in 1998 and i moved them from bike to bike.

At a dollar a piece, I replaced the rubber valve stem every time I replaced the tires.

I finally drilled 4 holes and bolted it on. I like it much better. I set it up to provide a reverse flip and it works better than stock for me. Still experimenting with different positions.

I'm old enough to remember the vinyl seats in my car back in the 80s' so I knew how they were in California summer :-) What I meant was, vinyl is hot, leather is hot, then if there is no other valid reason to get leather, I won't waste money on leather.

Thanks again. I always ride solo as my wife didn't like to ride pillion. I weight 154 lbs without gear and so far the suspension is fine for me. I haven't played with anything (compression/rebound/preload) yet :-)

I'm not the OP but thanks for the info. I live 30 min from Rancho Cucamunga and I sure keep it in mind next time I need a valve check if I don't want to do it myself :-)

Looks like the Skene controller/dimmer can't do the stepless infinite brightness adjustment of the rotary dimmer switch?
