Wow... gear really held up well! That was around 50mph??? Can't tell from pics, but forks don't look bent. May just need to take the weight off them, loosen the tirpples, straighten them out, then re-tighten. I had to do that once..........

Let's say, your 1 of your lower tripple steering stoppers broke off. How necessary would it be to purchase a new lower tripple? U-turns seem like the time that you would be at most risk for a problem. Once the bike is moving though, it seems like you pretty much never hit a steering stopper???

I sat on one at the moto gp at Indy this year. As others mentioned, that thing sits tall! Real tall! I almost fell getting off the thing. If your not vertically challenged, go for it, but I can't see it as a replacement for the FJR.
