Ray, I've got the same bug for these new Ducati's. They are bad *** and I plan on getting a 1098 as soon as I come up with the money. Give us a ride report if you break down and take the 848 for a spin.

Welcome to the Forum Greb! You will not be dissappointed with your choice. As many have said, the more you ride it, the better it gets. As far as windshields, there are a lot of choices. I ended up getting a Rifle +3 tall, +4 wide and couldn't be happier.
