    What does this look like?

Well, features says sold in packs of 10, and then quantity says 10, so...you got 100. 10 packs of 10 weights. A more interesting question might be what weight did you get?

    Scooters are getting...

Actually, I think great pains were gone to produce a bracket attached to the rear suspension to give the appearance that the license plate is attached to the rear wheel. Anything that can make people ask "how can that possibly work?" Sort of like how for a while, hollow rear wheels and drive by...

    Header Tape

The moisture shouldn't cause a problem with the SS exhaust parts, but wet header wrap does tend to attract all sorts of road grime and crud. So you have a cruddy, slimy header, which gets hot and steams (always fun), then depending on what the road crud is made of, it will bake, smoke, smolder...

    Home safe thread

I remember him asking why everyone else's tires had tread on them when we were lining up for the group photo.

    Post your Russel seat pics

One of those looks like a gen1 and the other like a gen2, could that be it? I don't know, maybe it is just whether the riders seat is being done or now, or if you are getting it with the backrest or not (or with capability to add backrest?)

Buying an '03 tomorrow, any advice?

Old hard rubber tires Summer storms make the road slick Have you frame sliders? Seriously, though I've got tires that old on my F4i. They seem fine (a little stiff and hard, but fine) on dry pavement, but the first time I ride it in the rain, I'm going to be real careful. At 3k, your tires...

    Side case straps

Oh, elastic, cool. The stock ones are just nylon webbing, which is what necessitates the velcro (or yanking them out so they stop getting caught in the opening every time you grab something out of the bags...)

    My F4i

We rode with my parents and some family friends (and their kids, and their kids boyfriends...) and we camped in the family friends' brother's yard... The river road one the way down was nice. Other than that, there's some real nice roads up here in SW Wisconsin!

Hey, look at it this way, he's going on a life's worth of summer vacations in just over a week, so it's like he's just making damn good use of his time off.

You know, I just heard the other day that Gina sold that place... One would hope that it has no impact on pie availability/shape.

Why am I having trouble selling an nice FJR for cheap money?

I'm going to go ahead and toss my 2 pennies in. If the tire is really bald, I'd do the tire, and if the pads are really toast, do those too. It is much easier to sell a bike if it is ready to go. Also, I wouldn't put the part about the ticker repair in the ad. If someone asks, obviously tell...

    I wacked it off

Every place I've ever heard of, the red light tickets are given to the owner of the bike. Your plates, you're responsible. Even in cases where the drivers of cars have shown it was someone else driving, the owner still gets the ticket, based on the idea that you are responsible for your vehicle...
