    Removing the Relay Arm

Hey James When I replaced my rear shock I had the same problem with the center stand bolts. I took a recip saw, cut off the bolt, then replaced it, except this time I turned that bolt around facing the other way. I thought that would be alot easier than taking loose the pipes. As far as the...

    NW Arkansas/SW Missouri Recommendations

Glad you enjoyed it! When you hear guys talking about the "Twisty Butt" rides, these roads are were this ride takes place. We combine all of them for a 500 mile ride, and to keep with the IBA SS1K standard, we try to do it in 12 hrs or less! It quite a day of riding! We hope to put on another...

Do Whaaaaat?......Subtract what from what? Hold on just a minute....let me get my calculator out here! Oh forget it...just ride the dang thang. Whats the worst that could happen? You may have to stop and buy a tire...heck I had to do that two weeks ago in Harrison AR. As a famous Sandwich...

Here come the questions: Rear Brake

It should not come across as hard to do, check your pivot points on the pedal, maybe its torqued to much, no lubrication etc... or see if some kind of debris is causing a binding point. On mine I have to be careful not to rest my foot on the pedal to much or I'll be draggin the brakes!

    Anti-Lock Brakes

IMO you can’t tell any difference under normal operating conditions. When you get down hard on the brakes, you can feel the pulsing sensations of the ABS, but other than that the FJR just stops fast. At times especially when doing hot laps in the twisties you can feel the weight of the bike when...

    What GPS to buy?

I'm waiting on a Map Machine that not only shows road maps, but also shows where all the cops are at, shows approaching storms (and yes it must show where hail or sleet has accumulated on the road). It would be nice if it could pick up whenever Deer, buzzards, turkey, dogs, sheltland ponys...

    SFO 11 Ride to Russellville

27 is the best route up to Russelville from Texarkana(I've done them all). Take 71 north to Ashdown then 32 east to Saratoga, the 355 north to Mineral Springs and onto 27 all the way to Russelville!

    Arkansas Ridin!

Yeah there were lots of riders out...The Triumph group had a big get together, Triumph bikes everywhere! With us there were 4 Fjr's and a Harley, the Harley guy was always way back. We thought we would take him on a real motorcycle ride so he could see what hes missing. Didnt work as he was...

Let's do a Group Ride of Costa Rica in 2012 with MotoDiscovery.

Is that rude? What?.............this coming from a guy who left his butt print on the outside window of a resturant...where people were still eating........when you left it!

    Cowl Vents

This topic has been around the world a couple of times..... The vents in or out will make no difference when its hot outside. The real benefit is when its cold, then you can feel an increase of warm air when you open (vents out) the vents up!

Let's do a Group Ride of Costa Rica in 2012 with MotoDiscovery.

Hey Dudes, I'll never wear white tennis shoes again! I told my wife that story and now shes calling me "Q-Tip".......sheeeze! This...I think could be a pretty interesting trip. You know I'm gonna be quite partial to the heavy dirt part, but it would depend greatly on what kind of bikes Skip has...

    The Official SFO Rally 2011

Unfortunately no. Mark (Glory Racing) and I wanted to set one up, but I am still not sure if I can even make SFO this year yet! Mark may be able to make a day or two, hes not real sure about that. The timing just did not work out real well for us this year...for some reason. There is a Twisty...
