I bought a pair of the custom fit earplugs. Worked great until I put my helmet on. Now I use E.A.R. TaperFit2. They are softer and more comfortable than the regular cut.

I have both the Shoei RF-1000 and the X-11. As stated before the RF is quieter and X-11 is much cooler. The X-11 is also less affected by buffeting IMO. The RF has a little lift to it at speeds and it doesn't let you turn your head very well. Thats not a problem with the X-11. I also wear...

I removed mine because the left one was damaged in my get off. It just look better without it but I am looking for some kind of tape or something that I can put on that won't look so bad but still provide reflections at night.

Man! I just pulled mine off after Garauld repaired my left bag. Looks cleaner without it. Hopefully I won't have any more accidents. I used dental floss and WD-40 and a plastic stick.
