Tommy made his return to racing today in the world supersports. He was taken out in the first bend by a wild card rider who tried to pass half a dozen riders down the inside. He caused a huge pile up which in turn caused the race to be stopped. Tommy has re-broken the same femur.

In this weeks race at Catalunya he had his leathers done to match an Italian soccer kit to celebrate the opening of the European soccer championship. Right down to pink bits where his legs and arms would be, his helmet was painted like a soccer ball.
