    AE Review online

Right behind you w/ 9000. As some know, this was/is my first motorcycle to own. Guess my opinion is not too worthy of posting but if it's around in three years, I'll buy another AE in a second. Will be curious at the color selections in three years but if the AE is still around, there will be...

Picked up my 07 FJR yesterday and have a couple of questions

Drove a trip from TX to FL (2 days), then a month later, made the trip back to TX via AR (3 days). Total mileage was 4000 and I would not be in the market for a new seat just yet. Just noticed that it is starting to break in after 9k just don't know how much more it will last before becoming a...

    Fellow Dallas Cowboy Fans

Been a Cowboy fan since I can remember. In 2000, wrote a song for the Cowboys. Found out through the local recording studio that the Cowboys were bringing the whole promotion deal down to Corpus for the grand opening of Andrews Distributing inwhich the ABC affiliate would host. They got me in...

    I'm 47 Dad is 74

Bruce, You will be seeing your Dad a lot just living your life now as Jim was saying. That is so true. It is also a time of rejoicing that he is in a lot better place. Dan

    Shifting the AE

Used the foot shifter once when it was new. 9000 miles later, wouldn't really consider bothering w/ the pedal. Horn seldom is accidently honked but w/ Stebel's, it's always a little funny. Which reminds me, going down the expressway w/ no traffic early last Sunday morning, there was this...

    FLORIDA Y.E.S.

Just a follow-up...talked to a person at Yamaha and he's going to check out what was told to me by FOIR - Office of the Commissioner and pass it on to the higher-ups. He said they interpreted it differently but will contact FOIR and then get back to me. He was very cordial and seemed curious...

    FLORIDA Y.E.S.

Then, I'm confused. Why did the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation - Office of the Commisioner specifically tell me that there was no law in the state of Florida stopping me from purchasing this YES warranty out of state? Again, going to the example of a person purchasing a life insurance...

The inevitable news I didn't want to hear....

Axe, sad but you have to be one proud father. That is awesome knowing he is putting his life on the line defending our country. Please send him the kudos from this FJR crowd that we're behind him all the way and will be praying for an umbrella of protection for him during his tour. Dan

    FLORIDA Y.E.S.

With all due respect, that is a wrong statement. previous thread The dealers may be using this ploy to make you think there are no options which seems a little unethical to me. I will be purchasing my warranty from D & H (hopefully still available) while residing in FL.

UMPC - Anyone using one on their FJR?

Saw that little Sony as it caught my eye being so small. As most all new computers, has the faster dual processors.

    My hero

Mom just handed me this picture and had to share it. This was my Dad around 1971. Mom and Dad did some good traveling. They had an accident later that put both of them in the hospital caused by a woman pulling out onto the highway forcing Dad to lay it down. Mom, with a broken ankle and in...

    My first ride in 2007

 Congratulations! That's what customer service is all about. Wish that was the norm at all dealers. Now, how did you get the GPS installed? Did D&H do that for you, too? ... Wow. How 'bout some pics?

    Ms. Dewey

For some reason, reminds me of the actress types at Disney.
