Wow, that's weird! Has this bike had all it's recalls done, especially the throttle position sensor recall? Does it have a Power commander? Don't sound like a tranny thing to me, more an electronics thing.

I have a red GIVI key. Far as I know, FJRs don't have FOBs not even Canadian FJRs. Got my '07 AE key make at True Value.

I had sum cheap, Chinese levers that did this, 'n I couldn't get a proper bleed. Got rid of 'em, 'n went back to well lubricated stock levers.

Mine always stinks after ride'in in the rain, even after installing a fenda extenda. If ya ride through pine needles, it's smell like burn'in pine needles; purdie cool actually. If'n the tech said it's OK, it's prolly OK. Dunno why hew said they run hot, that don't sound right? Thanks Ross

On mah way up to our Mountain compound yesterday, wuz go'in up (Lower) HWY 70; from 191 to Pentz was repaved. Hopefully they're gonna continue up though Yankee Hill, 'n over that good section. ;)
