    A "Hooter" of a Question

Big John is so old that when the young lady asked if he wanted to have super sex he said, "I'll take the soup."

    Oil Filter Purolator 14612

Has anyone experienced the convex problem with any motorcycle specific filter? Other than OEM there are several companies that market motorcycle filters. A quick search found 3 brands ranging from $4 to $12 and change. I wonder if the change to convex is to address an issue with some...

Recondiling shipping costs when selling in the classifides

I once ordered a 530 drive chain and set of sprockets from a retailer. They packed everything in a flat rate USPS box. Had to be the heaviest box per size I ever received. The retailer definitely got a deal!

Trunk liners- what (if anything) did you use?

Well I'm probably the only one that does this, but I pack a tank bag in my trunk. It holds a lot but doesn't fill the trunk entirely so there's room to stash stuff around the sides. Advice on Possible FJR Purchase

I think on your scale the FJR would be more of a 5. I'm thinking a 10 would be a supermoto.

    Oil filter socket wrench size

I have a socket from Autozone that says size F. I don't use it to remove the old filter. I have other tools that work better for that. I slip it on the end of the new one to give me a better grip when hand tightening. Maybe it's just my old hands but I have a tough time getting my fingers...

    Advice on Possible FJR Purchase

I've used touring bikes and naked bikes for commuting. Either type can work. Naked or standards are more fun and cooler in hot traffic, but touring bike lockable hard luggage is mighty convenient.

    Pine Basin Hiking

Nice video. Our dogs like to stick their noses under rocks and brush too. We got the rattlesnake shots for them this year. You never know what they will come up with.

    Windshield Growling

More than 1 way to tackle this problem I guess. When my bike was less than a year old it started growling when the wind screen lowered. Unlike previous posters, I had a can of silicone lube with a long spout and liberally sprayed as much of the mechanism as I could access and into the tracks...

I Wish I Could Take/Edit Videos Like This!

The guy has definite editing skills. also liked his Angel's Landing Video. I've been there and done that and I don't know how he got that much footage together with no people in the shots.

    Target Fixation

Looks like a shortage of judgement and riding skills. Or maybe drug/alcohol influence.
