The Penske is easily adjustable with the tool provided. The shock collar has a lot of holes, which makes turning it in the tight space fine. Once I got to the setting, I haven't touched it since. The Penske shock is a most definite top 5 farkle!

I have the same set-up. Put the O2 sensor in (to fill the boss) and unplug it. Load the Wally Smoothness / Holeshot combo map and try to keep that **** eatin' grin off your face!

I jumped on the Galfer GB and got the whole kit-and-kaboodle. Problem is, my front brakes vibrates violently with the lightest touch of the lever at above 35 or so mph. The forks move so that I'm afraid they'll come apart. I've taken the rotors off, cleaned them to surgical level, installed...

Damn......I thought I was OCD! Nice work. Hope you remembered to plug the vacuum port in the last picture! Remove all that useless AIR system and your engine will be neater still.

BTW, I should have mentioned that I have a PC3, with the combo map - Wally's Smoothness / Holeshot, split at 3,000 rpms if I remember right. All smog crap is off, no pop on decel and runs great. Fuel mileage sucks in the low 30s, but who cares!

I've had my Galfer rotors off and back on about 4 times. I doubt I re-installed them in the exact same spot every time, so that theory is off..!

Mystery solved. Installed stock rotors and braking is as smooth as can be at any speed. I'll be talking to Galfer tomorrow.

Wires going to my fuse block under the seat. No worries..........I just moved them out of the way when installing my SS brake lines. They are now in a wire loom, nice and neat and working great.
