Thanks for the info. I'll go with the Gerbings. I've used a BMW heated vest for years and it worked just fine, so I'm sure I'll be warm & toasty.

New place to mount cruise servo on a AE!!! L@@K

Smitty, Any concern with engine heat on the servo? I may just move my servo from under the seat to this location to free up the underseat space.

    Electric Clothing

Is anybody using electric (Heated) garments under their Aerostich gear? I like the design of the Gerbings but wonder how they fit under the Aerostich Darien jacket and pants. Can you zip them together, as you can with the Aerostich heated liner? Thanks,

Wow, trucking tread on a moto board....me like it! I've been in the trucking industry my entire career, as a truck salesman. I've worked for Volvo Trucks North America for years and I'm the District Sales Manager for the Southeast region. I could write a whole book on this, but the short of...

    R6 Exhaust - New Design...?????

Went for a short ride yesterday with a friend who's borrowing a older ( '89?) Honda Pacific Coast and while riding behind him, I couldn't help but notice that the exhaust looks nearly identical to the new R6. You know, the low type. The more things change, the more they stay the same.........!

    Gen II Luggage Racks

Garauld, I'm wondering how hard, or if it's even possible, to make ( or for you to make.... ) a rack that would also take the place of the back seat. When riding solo, I prefer a big duffle bag ILO the top case. Now I just strap the bag across the back seat and over the saddle bag. A nice...

Cal-Si or Vstream. Need a decision!

Is your bike an '06? I just ordered the short (+2.5") cal-sci shield, thinking the Vstream wouldn't be available for some time, for an '06 that is.

    Muzzys 4 into 2 into1 pics

Why don't we get everybody that's interested in this system for an '06 together and contact Muzzy with a "big" order. I bet if we can get 25 or so, they'll build the system for an '06. It may be a bit higher than $695.00, but I'd be in for sure. Losing 30+ pounds is huge and the extra HP is...

    Audiovox Install

Yes I did. I also used a small ( 5 or 6mm) round head bolt (similar to what is holding the fairings) and put the bolt thru from the "top" of the tab, with a nylon lock nut "under" the tab. To more hanging or possibility of hanging.

    Canyon Dancers

Radman, Todd's right, but I always use in combination with a wheel chock and never tighten the suspension all the way. I also wrap a black rubber bungy cord around the rear wheel to keep it from kicking out if I hit a large bump or pothole. Works like a charm and never had any problems what...
