Thanks for the answers. Not being the sharpest knife in the drawer, If i had to have needed to change the shims would i go up in numbers or down ?

This is my first atempt at adjusting valves. All are in the middle of specs,except 1,2,and 4 intake. Using standard feeler gauge those valves are .006 go .007 no go. My question is being at the lower end of specs. do I need to change them or wait until next check. Bike is 2007 with 52000 mile.

Just got my 019 grid mounted and look forward to it. Will have to play with pressure to get it suited to my riding style. Shop charged me 8 dollars to mount it and said they had never heard of anyone doing it. Going to try to post picture. Lee

thanks they do show me where to hook up. however mine have vacuume hose connected to those locations on 1 and 4. Lee

I've got a 07 that i'll be doing a tbs on. there are caps on #2 and #3 that i connect to. On #1 and#4 where do i connect. They have two vacuume hoses. which of the hoses come off so i can hook up thanks

been doing this since i've got it. Does not do it siting still. Seems to be more noticable at lower speeds(30 to 50 mph) but does it some what at all speeds. I know this is not much to go on but its all got. Thank for all the replies. It gives me something to work with and maybe i'll be able to...

Bought bike 2000 k ago so don't know when they were last done.Would that make vibaration on just left foot?
