I'm already looking over my finances trying to figure out how I can afford a dual- purpose bike without being hung out to dry by my wife. I want something that is functional and not overly monstrous in weight. I have been checking out the KTM 530 EXC, but with the dollar continuing to take a dump, KTM prices continue to raise. Dual-Purpose bikes are becoming rare, unless you want one that weighs well over 400lbs. Being able to take the Mexico trip in 2010 would be awesome, but my wife said she would ride with me on a European trip Don is planning through England, Scotland and Ireland, which is taking president over Mexico right now.

Hey, if I can just figure out a way to pull about 30 grand out of my ass, I would be able to buy everything and go everywhere I want and I'll be good to go.

1) ShinyPartsUp and I both are going to rent our Suzuki DR650's from Moto-Discovery for Mexico dual sport ride in 2010.

But, I'm also keeping my eyes open for clean and well cared for Suzuki DRZ400; I occasionally see these used for $3,000+-.

2) https://www.cnn.com/2009/TRAVEL/getaways/10...pubs/index.html You might as well tell your wife the dates now, it would be the last week of June and the first week of July 2011. David Clarke - Orestes and I have been doing advance research for this trip and the link above is very important to this Expedition: The best pubs in Western Ireland!

I'm trying to persuade Old Michael O'Keeffe to lead the tour through Republic of Ireland, the parts South from Dublin across to Galway; but I am starting to believe that OM is a Queer Irishman. Queer Irishman is one that does prefer women over whiskey: Aye lad, that's indeed queer! May leave that Mick to pick the riding routes and Chuy Medina will pick the pubs!!!

I've been trying to work up a budget for the trip of $5,000, but as you say above "with the dollar continuing to take a dump" it'll probably push this England, Republic of Ireland, Ulster and Scotland trip to $6,000; will be posted on our Forum 1/1/10.

Is this a eat in Nevada and then eat in Arizona trip? I don't read Spanish very well yet. Also, if I quite eating I might be able to go on the England, Scotland, Ireland trip. :yahoo:

cometman, here is how this shakes out: Friday night we are all staying at the Fiesta Rancho Hotel in North Las Vegas, NV.

Saturday morning, accompanied by locals Spyderbret and Eeksnake, we will ride up to Mount Charleston for breakfast eats.

We'll then take 93 over Hoover Dam to Kingman, I know a nice twisty road up to Hualapai Peak I rode with Fairlaner in '08.

At 3:30 PM we will meet a number of folks that could not go to LV at Joe's BBQ in Wikieup, Arizona. Yes, we eat once more!!

Out of towners follow me to the Chandler Inn and spend Saturday night. When Heart Attack Grill opens at 11, we eat again!

Ok thanks. I will have decide which trip I want to do. DVD or Ride to Eat? Looks like the Ride to Eat is a little over 1000 miles round trip. I need a shot of whiskey to make up my mind...... :dribble:

Ok guys I have t-shirt info and pricing.

The shirts will have the Los Robustos logo on the left side chest and a full size logo on the back. Prices are 20 bucks each up to XXL and $22.50 for XXXL. If we have bigger boys out there than XXXL let me know so I can inquire about the ultra fattie sizing. I will bring the shirts to the Meet and Eat.

The pricing is based on 24 shirts. That is about normal pricing for this small of an order from what I have seen.
