So the weatherman lied! It was beautiful today, so I took her out to a local park to get a few photos.

These are just a few of what I took. I didn't want to bore everyone with FNG photos.

You can never have too many FJR pics LKLD! Envious of your weather down there...snow this morning didn't help my attitude much.

Looks good, thanks for sharing.

Snow? What's that?

Did you trailer it to the park ?

How do you get it to be (and stay) so shiny ??
It's BRAND NEW! Won't be shiny for long, I'll bet!!

Well, got a chance, just a few minutes ago, to meet Rob (aka LKLD) and his new 310.

...and here are a couple of observations:

1 - The bike is beautiful...like a Gen I or Gen II that's been to Glamour Shots

2 - The dash set-up is terrific!

3 - The difference between "T" mode and "S" mode is noticeable EVEN sitting still.

The throttle response in "S" mode can almost be described as "savage"...

turn the grip and the motor JUMPS up in revs. In "T" mode, throttle control is

much smoother.

4 - The bike is noticeably quieter at idle than my '04. NO gear whine at all. Even

the fans are quieter.

5 - The bike is positively a "snap" to put up on the centerstand. No drama - goes right up.

6 - The top of the left fork tube looks "bare" with no compression damping adjuster. :)

7 - I WANT ONE!!!

Great to meet Rob...and was amazed to discover he works LITERALLY across the street from where I work.

And I mean, across the street...our respective offices are about 300 yards apart across a six lane highway.

It's a small world.

Congratulations, Rob...it's a gorgeous machine and I'm sure you'll have many miles and smiles ahead!
