IIRC my '81 Yamaha Seca 750 had self cancelling turn signals. Guess that old school tech. wasn't good enough for the FJR. They oughta be standard on every bike.

Cool pix. Looks like a good day out. Last time we visited Downieville happened to be during their Gold Rush Days. Local residents were dressed in period costume, with all kinds of interesting displays to look out. Very interesting place.
