That looks painful PF... get well soon. Oh yeah... I would recommend a full face helmet the next time you go kissing curbs.

Good catch Scott ! Hope you're fully healed in time for this idiots court appearance. Might jeopordize the fleeing charge if the judge thinks he woulda ran too !

"phynel...." = fentanyl 80x more powerful than morphine.

heal quickly and keep up the good work!

might want to avoid whistling for awhile :)

The official policy book needs to be rewritten.. the current technique of 'shoving' isn't cutting the mustart. Tackle the ******* and use *his* body as a cushion from things like curbs.. Get well quick Scott..

Cops will do anything to get off on Christmas!

I hope you recover soon. Oral injuries suck. I have 4 front teeth held in w/ stainless pins. I'm sure you are getting all the help you need from your buds but if we can help, let us know.

scot, i've gotta go along with fjrchic on this one. dont really want to look at it. but, from the sounds of it, you better get used to people running away from you. ;)

thanks for being out there.

derek

SHHHHHEEEE-OT! Man that had to hurt! Really glad you're gonna be okay and thanks again for chasing down the bad guys and putting yourself in harms way.

:good:

Oww!

Reminds me of when I was 10 and the neighbor kid (who was also on a Schwinn Stingray) decided he could break the laws of physics and fit through a hula hoop as he hit a jump.

Problem was that the rear tire landed square on the hula hoop and it had much less of a frictional coefficien than the bicycle tire and his front teeth became one with the curb.

Time distortion occurred and I was just the guy watching. I actually watched his teeth fly out of his mouth and across the street in some trees.

There are perps loitering the curbs of Portland knowing you're out of action right now. Get better my friend.

Reminds me of when I saw a guy unhitch a load binder on a semi load of steel. He pulled it and it popped open right into his two front teeth. Knocked him cold. Never saw him on a construction job again.

You'll learn to wear that full face helmet all the time. ;)

Best Wishes for a speedy recovery and thankfully a Merry Christmas.

Bruce

Great to hear your going to be okay!

You need to follow your buddy's advise and curb that kind of behavior! :D (sorry, couldn't help it) :D

As with the others, my best wishes and prayers for your recovery.

NOW, about the friend (please tell us it wasn't your S/O) who would take pictures of all this...... :dribble:

Hey Scott

Sorry about the freak curb visit. Thanks for the warning on the photos. Glad to have you and your buds out knocking down on bad guys for us. Stay home warm and dry for Christmas, have a lot of beverages handy and have a terrific holiday (sore face and all).
