Any one have Throttlemeister install instrux

Howdy all-

Bought a pair of throttlemeister bar ends from a fellow forum member. Wife lost the instructions that the seller was nice enough to send.

Anyone have a scan or link? I searched, found some nice install threads with dead photo links, also found a nice article from webbike world (more of a description)

Basically looking for instrux on how to insert the internals properly. and torque specs.

Do I just force these internals in? how far? etc..

Any help appreciated. (and any "use search" posts will be appreciated, as they will bump this to the top again.)
