Automatic clutch "snatches" when cold - any suggestions ?

I thought this was a pretty sophisticated thread. It reminds me very much of e.e. Cummings "she being Brand / -new".

I wish I could come so I could see Riona's jerking/snatch issue for myself...oh well, maybe next year.

I rode it and it was like a wild horse, so I took it out and in first gear held the brakes and gave it 1/4 throttle 10x forcing the clutch plates to slip/engage. this was in the manual for breaking in new clutch plates on the AE. I also rode it very hard going through all the gears. The bike only had 1200 miles on it when she got it.

GOOD NEWS !

Came home this evening, started up the bike, dropped her off the center stand - and no grab ! Just nice smooth pickup !

So whatever was ailing the clutch and causing the snatch, has been cured !!
