Barbarian Jumper Mod/Power Comander

Hi, Just had a new ECU unit installed on my 07 model and have a Power Commander 111 ready to install. Question is do I need to do the Barbarian Jumper Mod if I am installing the Power Comander or not ? Thanks Harold
