Thanks Jill. I got operated on last Tuesday and I am well on my way to recovery. As long as the bone starts to grow this time I should be golden.

It is a little depressing that after going through all of this to repair I don't want to risk it again.

It has been 3 months already and sure another 3 months before the doc is going to let me ride.

While I love dirt bike riding I may be giving it up and I thought I would never say that. The risk and impact on my job, wife, life etc is just not worth it.

Street bikes are still in my life and I will just have to enjoy that...

It's all good and could have been worse.

Glad everything is looking positive and your not in a lot of pain. I broke a collarbone about 17 years ago. A calcium lump at the break point for quite some time. Heal quicky now. TJ
