Truth is I like to wash my cat. The cat likes it to.
The hair sticks to my tongue though.
Hi Greg, I just looked up Shandaken, NY; you're just South of Albany. Son Seth (13) and I'll be staying with his Aunt and Uncle, Julie and John Pasmik, in Saratoga Springs, NY; before and right after CFR 2010. Do you want to ride with The Stanley Boys?Been trying to plan this out. It is an easy day's ride from home to the rally for me. Are folks planning to show up on Sunday evening and ride on Monday, or is Monday the travel day?

Greg, usually at a Motorcycle Rally, whether it is BMW - HD - FJR, the first day is primarily a travel day; with a meet and greet, or happy hour or chili feed the first evening such as Monday, June 21 would be. But Seth and I would be game to ride up with you on Sunday the 20th. Pasmik's own a H-D Road King and would like to ride up with us to The City of Quebec, Canada!Hi Greg, I just looked up Shandaken, NY; you're just South of Albany. Sure, it would be fun to ride together. I know Saratoga Springs, it's nice up there. Thanks for the offer.

Sweet! The missus and I are IN!I hope my Zumo speaks Canadian, eh?
We're already looking forward to it for sure!Sweet!
Wait until you hear the Garmin try pronouncing street names in French. "Kemin lac S T E gene duh Nordie"
... wait! what?!
Soos and you are gonna love Tremblant.
I wouldn't worry too much about that. Good to have some basics but not really necessary for this. Despite Quebec's seperatists/loyalists best efforts, the English language is still understood by the service industry in tourist areas!...We both speak absolutely NO French, so we're looking at learning at least some basic phrases before the rally.
I'm currently thinking about creating a picture book for those who are French impaired, actually in the area you shouldn't have to much trouble as they are use to having lost anglo's.We're already looking forward to it for sure!Sweet!
