I have sent their ceo a letter and basically told him that for 12 measily bucks his customer service has created ill will and I have posted the experience.If you do call them, mention potential customers will read this thread. Point out that if this issue goes unresolved it will draw negative exposure. They I do should be delighted for the free advertising of their sale here, however an unresolved complaint could impact future sales.
I also told him that he has lost business over the situation.I asked him to resolve the situation and I would not be a return customer.As far as me calling anybody there, that's not happening.I'll write off the 12 bucks and forget about them.I do think the letter I sent will probably get some action from them.
Ironically I received an e- mail from them yesterday to do a product review,I had to laugh a little when I saw that.We'll see what happens and I'll update what they do if anything.
