I removed the dash panel and battery cover panel, plastic around the glove box to install driving lights. Also pulled the tank and both of the plastic side panels to run wiring from underseat FZ1 block to bars and lights.

Tank still off but I can't figure where these 4 bushings came from or go back on to.

Thanks for your help in advance.

It's been awhile since I've had mine apart, but did you

remove your mirrors?

I vaguely remember something similar between the stay

and the mirror to protect the plastic cowling.

Are they were the tank bolts to the frame up front by the steering stem

DING DING DING DING !!!! We have a winner

That is exactly what they are, I removed my stock mirrors and added the Anti-Vibration Light mounts and FZ1 Mirrors. These were the spacers in the Rubber mount that are removed during the conversion process.

Thanks, I had everything apart twice looking for where these go, I'll sleep better tonight!

Nope - but thanks for your thoughts. I had pictures of that part of the dis-assembly.

Put those ferrules away in a safe place along with your stock mirrors in case you ever want to reinstall them. That way you'll remember what the hell they are 6 or 8 years from now. ;)

I'm not a "De-Farkler" when I sell the bike all the crap goes with it, someone will get a great deal.

I'm much more likely to pedal all the take off stuff here or on sleaze bay

huh.....i cant believe I guessed right :) I'm getting really good at this game!
