Good luck with the surgery. While I was out on the bike last Monday the ride was nothing to write home about, just a quick scoot up to my dealer to pick up some oil filters . I did get a chance to test all my new heated riding gear though since the temps were slightly below freezing. We have since had a new cold front move in from Alaska (damn Yanks) and it now quite a bit colder so the bike is back in the garage on its battery tender.

Best of luck with the surgery (I should wish that to the Doc, too, I guess) and a vote for good physical therapy afterward. Voice of experience: a good physical therapist can get you back to normal quickly. Believe in what they tell you.
