Fred,

Did I miss the posting of the GPS files for the routes or are they still a work-in-progress?

Ed.

So I take it the last set of GPS/GPX routes are finalized?

Doesn't matter if you update them or not, their in my GPS and I'm leaving tomorrow! See everybody on Friday night!

Yes. I waited to publish the GPS routes until things were very firm. There are no changes. The Bretton Woods ski area lunch / ride is right across the street from the planned Fabyan's Station lunch so no change needed there. You should be golden. See you Friday afternoon.

Ride safe!!

Question for the locals: If you were coming north up through western Mass., would you prefer Rte. 7 all the way and maybe cutting over to 4 or 131 towards Lebanon or would you go for Rte. 100 from either 8 or 9, then maybe up to 4E?

Definately....."Rte. 100 from either 8 or 9, then maybe up to 4E". When you get up near Rt 4, pick up Rt. 100A off Rt. 100, this will bring you closer to Woodstock and less mileage on Rt. 4.

Ogre, Zooomm has given you the fastest, easiest way to Lebanon but if you get a chance to go through Ludlow, get off 100 and take 103 to 131. Rt 131 is a great road for scenery plus a bit of twisties too. Fair warning -- you may not want to try that route right now because there is a good amount of road construction destruction taking place on Rt 103.

I spooned on a set of new PR2s last night and scuffed them in today. Paul is coming to my place Friday afternoon and we'll head out as soon as I can get done with work. See you around 7:00 PM.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Guess it all depends on what sort of time I'm making tomorrow and just how thirsty I might become. See you all tomorrow evening. Safe ride.

Don't forget your swimming costumes !!

There's a pool - indoor one, methinks. And there MAY be a hot tub ;)

There is a bit of road "destruction" on RT 103 in Ludlow but nothing too bad. It'll just slow you down a bit. Other than that 103 is good. I'll be heading over 103 and 131 today to meet up with everyone. Can't wait.

Had a great time Saturday, had the chance to meet alot of great people and get some info on what to do next.

I guess you all could tell that I am new to sport touring by the lack of goodies. I am sure it is like anything else it takes time

looking foward to doing this again.
