This is FUNny stuff! Same ship goes on in my Jetski & Snowmobile forums lol. Peeps there are so stuck on 'their' older machines (and granted that's what they're use to and feels comfortable to them etc). Some won't or can't upgrade b/c of funding or maybe wify's got the nards under wraps but it is the exact same stuff and you got to admit it's entertaining. G1 or G2 and wait.. soon the G3 riff will enter the mix!)

Yup, goes on over on the FZ1 forums too. And they have actual real differences between the Gen's (carb vs FI, tank size, etc) there rather than some minor differences between the Gen's here. But the guys here are way more defensive of their particular generation it seems.

Trust me...it will NEVER be me! I might consider the amorphous, mythical Gen III 1400, if it EVER happens...but to me...the Gen II has not a snowball's chance in hell of being in the stable.
