A buddy and I go down south to do some riding every spring

Last year we rented some bikes in Florida and road up to Bristol TN

We want to rent some bikes again but closer to the Smokey Mtns - within 300 miles or so

Does anyone know where I can rent a Sport Tour bike in the area

Well, the R1100R beats having to rent an oil leaker from Earl Smalls, but their selection doesn't seem to lend itself to sport touring (though I know next to nothing about how any of those bikes ride long distance)

Duezzer,

Check on the local BMW dealer. A lot of times they rent bikes. I rented a 1200 GT the last time I was in Vegas and was very pleased. I would have loved to have found an FJR for rent but wasn't so lucky besides, this gave me a chance to do a little shoot-out for myself in a bike comparison.
